Thermal Imaging is a non-ivasive, non-destructive way of evaluating the condition below the surface in a building application.  Heat sensitive photography can reveal issues from energy loss, to electrical hot stops, to the presence of moisture intrusion.  This gives you a better overall condition of your purchase.

Energy Loss By thermal-imaging a building you can detect areas of heat loss and if there is insulation present in the walls and attic area. You can also find out how sealed the envelope of you structure is. Tracking air intrusion and gaps in your insulation will help seal your building and lower your energy costs.

Electrical Hot Spots By thermal-imaging an electrical panel you can detect defective breakers, check switches, junction boxes or overloaded wires.
